Sleep support that meets you Where You are!

Calmer bedtimes and longer nights with gentle, personalized infant and toddler sleep coaching.

I help families build healthy sleep through connection, clear boundaries, and ongoing one-on-one support, because you shouldn’t have to navigate sleep challenges alone.

Hi, I’m Erica, a mom of two boys living in Florida and an infant, toddler, and preschool sleep consultant with a background in early childhood education. I support families with gentle, personalized sleep coaching rooted in sleep science, emotional development, and real-life parenting. My approach focuses on connection, clear and supportive boundaries, and meeting each child where they are, so bedtime feels calmer and sleep becomes more sustainable.

Sleep doesn’t have to mean choosing between responsiveness and rest. Together, we build a plan that fits your child, your values, and your real life, with hands-on guidance every step of the way.

  • "We are so grateful to have had you as part of our journey with our first child. Leo is 2.5 years old now, and since working with you when he was 8 months old, his sleep has truly been a blessing. He’s a happy, well-rested toddler, and that rest has allowed us to show up as better versions of ourselves as parents. We’re so thankful for the support you provided and the impact it’s had on our family."
