Through ongoing support over six months, you’ll learn how to gradually support your baby in releasing the responsibility of falling asleep, leading to solid, age-appropriate sleep habits as your baby grows. This personalized newborn sleep coaching gives you confidence, clarity, and support during the first months of parenthood.
6 Months of support for $995
Infants (3 -17 months)
If your infant is struggling with short naps, frequent night wakings, or difficulty falling asleep, you’re not alone. This two-week infant sleep coaching program offers gentle, personalized support using responsive, developmentally appropriate practices.
Together, we’ll address common infant sleep challenges like waking 45 minutes after falling asleep, short naps, needing extensive help to settle at night, and middle-of-the-night wake ups. With ongoing one-on-one guidance and responsive comforting, I help infants build healthy, age-appropriate sleep habits while supporting your family every step of the way.

Toddlers & Preschoolers (18 mon -5 yrs)
If bedtime feels endless or nights are filled with wake-ups, you’re not alone. This three-week toddler and preschool sleep coaching program supports families through bedtime stalling, long nights, and frequent wake-ups. Whether your child takes hours to fall asleep, wakes overnight, crawls into your bed in the early morning hours, or needs a parent to sleep in their room, this personalized support helps restore calmer evenings and more restful nights.
We focus on creating consistent routines and holding loving, firm boundaries around sleep, rooted in connection. Using developmentally appropriate strategies, I help toddlers and preschoolers feel safe and confident at bedtime again, so your evenings can feel calmer and more enjoyable.
